Tuesday Tidbits

1. Christmas finally came! You had about 4 countdowns and always asked us, "how many more days till Christmas?"
2. Santa delivered everything you wanted. You got a big gun and walkie talkies. Your Dad and I had so much fun watching you embrace the Christmas Spirit.
3, You were sad to say goodbye to Red but you understood.
4. We were planning on heading home on Monday and then our flight got cancelled and we were stranded in Las Vegas until December 31. Well, that meant you got to Grandma Kaye's house and you were so excited.
5. Unfortunately, we arrived that night and you were not feeling well and just wanted to watch Micky Mouse.

1. The Wednesday before Christmas you woke up and you were not my happy boy. You struggled most the day and we started giving you around the clock Tylenol.
2. You slept horribly for the next few days and had a fever constantly.
3. Christmas Day you were the sickest and just wanted to sleep or be held. You also wouldn't eat any more solids.
4. I knew you had a nasty bug but I knew there had to more too it... like teething. Sure enough, I noticed on Monday you cut your right front side tooth. I can also tell the other front teeth are getting close. When I decided to investigate you were so mad and hurt. It took you awhile to calm down. No more investigating from me!
5. You are a Momma's boy to the extreme and I am feeling anxiety about it. You are showing signs like your older brother where I need to constantly be playing with you or holding you. No amount of toys keep you interest enough to distract you from me.

Tuesday Tidbits

1. There isn't a more excited 3 year old than you! You can not wait for Christmas.
2. Grandma Allen and I took you to go meet Santa and you were so excited. I thought you would at least be a little hesitant but nope! You walked right up to him and told him what you wanted.
3. You are interacting with Lennox more and it is cute.
4. We went to the Curiosity museum again and you bonked your head really good. The bruise is so bad. I tease you and call you a rhino because it looks like a horn.
5. You started learning the Christmas songs and that has been really fun to sing them.

1. You are crawling!
2. You can pull yourself up.
3. You are so happy to explore all the new things you've been missing out on.
4. You say "momma, dada, and tick tock clock" (we are probably stretching the last one but we really think you are trying to say it).
5. You throw a ball.
6. Basically, we have a whole new Lennox then a month ago.
7. Lastly, you love being outside. Like LOVE IT. You know to when you are missing out and when we bring you back in you throw a fit.

Tuesday Tidbits

1. You are keeping everyone busy. It has been nice having 2 more adults to help entertain you.
2. We went to the Discovery Museum with your cousin, Cyrus, and I think we could have left you two for a few more hours and you wouldn't have noticed. You love it.
3. One morning while Lennox was napping Grandma, you, and I made a ginger bread house and you had a blast. I think it will have to become a yearly tradition.
4. You always want to help with whatever we are doing.
5. Grandma found a friend for you one day and you and this new boy hit it off! It was so fun to see you have a playmate.
6. Red, the elf, makes you laugh every morning because of where he hides.'

1. You can get up on your hands and knees and rock back and forth. However, once you go for a crawl motion you fall on your tummy. Getting closer...
2. You stood up by yourself for the first time.
3. I came to get you from a nap one day and found you sitting up. This calls for the crib mattress to be lowered!
4. Dad gave you a haircut and it looks so nice! No more comb over! I just need to perfect spiking it.
5. You dance to any music (especially Grandma and Grandpa's clock) and it is the cutest thing. You sway your hips.

Tuesday Tidbits

1. You were awesome in Hawaii.
2. You loved the beach and swimming in the ocean with Dad. You did not care for the salty water taste.
3. You have been telling us you love us more and more often and about 50% of the time it is followed by a question if you can do or eat something.
4. Your uncles caught you peeing in the bushes in Hawaii and they thought that was hilarious.
5. We took you to the Luau and you loved the fire dance and chicken nuggets.

1. You got tubes and were a little off for awhile. You did not magically sleep through the night.
2. In Hawaii you were ok. You didn't feel well and you were totally off of schedule. You slept about 50% of the plane rides.
3. You loved the beach too and were mad when I tried to not let you eat it.
4. You chose to stop eating solid foods in Hawaii and still are so I am at a lost.
5. I can officially say that you are scooting! You are also rocking on your hands and knees.
